This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.
The R.I.P.P.E.D. class format provides the basis for the One Stop Body Shock System,
by stimulating different energy systems and muscles groups in each workout segment.
Essentrics is a fluid dynamic technique based class that is challenging and healing at the same time. Essentrics is a full body stretching and strengthening program designed to decompress the joints and lengthen your muscles. This program is unique where the benefits of the program extend out to other movement practices and sports. It is a class that makes everyday living easier by improving range of motion, increasing flexibility, and re-balancing the muscles in the body. Come to class in workout attire and we look forward to your visit!
BARRE brings together elements of dance, pilates, yoga and strength training, creating a fun and dynamic workout experience.
Classes combine the use of classic dance movements utilizing the ballet bar with static stretching. One key element of BARRE is its unique use of isometrics, holding your body still as you contract specific muscles, burning fat and building strength.
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
